How would I file an IFR flight plan from Peachtree-DeKalb airport flying north in an airplane that is not DME or RNAV/GPS equipped?

    IFR would require a destination, flying north wont really help ATC guide you. Hard to get approved with the lack of DME, since almost everyone uses VOR's to navigate at one point in the flightplan. For safety I would not make the flight in this aircraft configuration.
