Depends on your capability. There are many solutions to your problem but you need to decide what you want to achieve and how much you want to do and spend.

Lazy people make lazy people money so the easiest way is to hit and hope. Get a blog get writing and add widgets and adsense to make some money from it. If your a provider then you'll want to make your own or use Ebay or turnkley solutions

This could be answered in a number of ways.

Firstly, it depends on your ability/knowledge of webdesign, and whether you are willing to spend a little money.

If you are a complete novice I would suggest starting a blog - www.wordpress.com , www.blogger.com would be a couple of places to check out. On a blog you can update it as often as you like with your information as you find it. So if you find a great deal on McDonalds then you could post the link to the coupon, or the information etc. Downside is that it can look a little bland.

Personally, I use joomla content management system for most of my websites. Joomla is a free, easy to update system for creating websites. Once it is set up you can add information if you are able to use a wordprocessor. It is more complicated than a blog, but could be a lot more in depth and nice to look at.

You would need a web host for this, someone like Host Gator, or Bluehost. There are also webhosts who specialise in joomla and will install it for you - just search on google for joomla webhost. This would cost you about $7 per month, and you can usually get a domain name (like www.familyfun.com) included or for about $10 a year.

That would be where I would start. :)
