    Nope, Anarchy will never work because people are followers looking and needing someone to follow. So regardless of how much people would like to "anarchate" themselves, some form of govenrment would arise from the masses of little factions they've got going on.

    you see, where ever you have people, you have conflict, no matter what. first not only would crimes go through the roof, but with no rules, it would be a dog eat dog world, where only the strong survive. you would have no police, no firemen, no public roads, no public schools. i will let you continue the list

    Yes i think it could. In fact, there are social situations which run based on and ararchistic basis. It would merely be an expantion of that.
