You can't tell from the original doc by itself. Try opening up a blank doc and pasting whatever might be on the clipboard. Otherwise, with MS Word open, try and find the clipboard. It's a bit of a mission with the latest version, so you might want to try logging on to an MS forum.
Don't think you can, unless in the new docx format there is some tag name pasted text.
