Is it a right time to get a HSMP Tier 1, U.K VISA?

With the rules for UK Tier 1 visa always changing, you never know what the new set of rules might be. And with a new set of rules, you might become ineligible to apply for a UK Tier 1 General Visa in future. Hence it is better to apply for the visa now.
Also, given the current economic scenario, it might not be the right time to come to UK. But with a Tier 1 General visa, you can delay your entry to UK once the economic situation improves.
