  • I would include protein after exercise if you need to build up strength, carbs a bit before exercise for energy. Lots of fluid, and plenty of veges and fruit.
  • Well, you should definitly eat a healthy breakfast... never skip! Your breakfast is your most important meal of the day. For lunch I wouldn't go too crazy but have something healthy that would fill you up... For dinner have something that includes all of your food groups... Having healthy eating habits really pays off at the gym... you will find that you have more energy than other people! Good luck!!
  • Simple Diet. Take a multivatmin and drink heaps of water. Also have nuts and fruits throughout the day. Have a bit of carbs from fruits before training aswell. Good Luck. breakfast, Oats with egg whites and a couple of yoks Lunch Chicken or fish with vegies Dinner Chicken or fish with vegies

  • I am a gymnast and i like to fill up with carbs for dinner. breakfast and lunch make sure you eat fruits and (lunch)veggies.Try to have chicken, or fish for dinner, for breakfast i generally have eggs, toast and strawberries. lunch- a sandwich with turkey and swiss (or whatever you want) and a salad or some fruit. dinner - carrots potatoes with chicken, steak or pasta. keep healthy!
