Whatever makes you feel comfortable, Besides your sleeping Who cares...:)
-
it is not weird, it is actually more common that you think. alot of parents dont approve of this because its not good for you... when you sleep with your bra on, the pressure of you laying on the bed may cause bad blood circulation and that is what they are concerned about... i do it all the time, its confortable.
-
I think it's wierd, but mostly because I usually can't wait to get the darn thing off! I only wear one when I'm leaving the house, when I'm at home I don't wear one at all, especially not for sleeping.
-
no its not wierd, i feel more compfortable when i do
-
It is not weird!! If you are more comfortable, you will sleep better; ergo, you will be a healthier and happier you.
-
Not weird, just uncomfortable.
-
Well no I don't, and you're the first person I've heard of who does. Isn't it uncomfortable?
-
It is not weird, but no I do not wear a bra at night. Sometimes I don't wear one in the day (like when I wear a suit type jacket. Then I just wear a chemise under the jacket). or sometimes when just hanging at home I will put on a T-Shirt and throw a sweatshirt on over it. To me bras feel very constrictive and uncomfortable. My shoulders start to hurt and then pretty soon my head will hurt. The freer the better I always say!
-
HMMM, nope I have never done this.
-
No it's not weird. Most of the girls I know, including myself, sleep with their bras on. Actually sleeping without one feels weird to me.
-
I don't wear anything to bed, mostly. If I do, it certainly is NOT a bra. It is uncomfortable.
-
I wear a sleep bra
-
Im more comfortable with a bra. With triple D breasts.. you want to wear one to bed. Otherwise you feel a little strange... all that weight just goes POP!
-
Who cares? My mom says its weird that my sisters and I wear panties to bed. I say its weird that she doesn't. (Yeah, yeah, too much information, I know.)
-
yes i do. but when i'm not working, or on holidays, i don't wear a bra.(not to often)
-
Sounds uncomfortable but not weird, esp. if you are big-boobied. I use those shelf-style camis when I need the support but usually nothing.
-
I dont think it,s weird but it,s not something I do, usually I cant wait to take it off!
-
I dont wear a bra or knickers when in bed
-
Bra. Mine are too big not to. If I don't, they just feel, like I might squish them or something. It's much more comfortable when they're contained.
-
I don't think it's weird. I sleep with one on. When you have triple D's, it is way too uncomfortable to sleep without one on.
-
I hate underwear. It's constricting to the point of suffocation to me. I haven't worn it since high school. A loooong time ago!
-
It would be weird for me to go to bed with a bra, because I am a man...(silly answer, just a bad joke!)
-
no i don't. I find them to constricting and they seem to bunch so i take them off right after i get home from work.
-
When I was in my teens I used to...now that my boobs have grown, its really uncomfortable for me to sleep with a bra on, so I don't.
-
ugh I have to have my bra on at all times. including while I'm sleeping. the only time it's off is when I'm in the shower, and I'm strangley uncomfortable then as well. my mom tells me I shouldn't sleep with it on but i do anyway. so no. it's not wierd. not to me at least.
-
I never wear a bra, despite being very large breasted. That is more unusual I think than sleeping with one. It's whatever makes you feel most comfortable, but there is no medical reason either way for wearing or not wearing a bra at any time
-
i do wear one to bed. it doesn't seem strange to me. when i work the next day, i don't have to struggle to find one and put it on. however on my days off, i take it off and don't put it on until i have to. either way is easy for me. i'm comfortable both ways.
-
I don't. Putting my boobs through that tourture for hours on end is enough for me. I feel constricted when I have one on and I am trying to sleep. But weird? No, it's not weird it's common I believe. Some women feel if they do not sleep with one on they will have premature sagging but I don't know if that's true. If you are comfortable wear whatever you feel like wearing to bed :)
-
there is research conducted that wearing bras for long periods of time can be a cause of breast cancer at later stages in life, it is explained inthe following link http://www.lightparty.com/Health/BrasCancer.html
-
i dont think its weird. Its all about how you feel sleeping with a bra on.
-
I don't wear mine. The first thing I do as soon as I get home is take that darn thing off. If its comfortable for you, then thats not weird, but be careful with the under-wires, you don't want to be wearing those all the time.
-
It's not uncommon, but there are some indications that wearing underwire ones may cause circulation problems and even cysts. better to have a non wire one that is reserved for sleeping.
-
Depends on what is comfortable. I have big girls and I find at certain times of the month a bra is the most comfortable thing that I can wear especially in bed. During the summer months it is more like I can't wait to get the damn thing off some nights as I get very very sweaty underneath. I don't think it is weird, not common but not weird, you should do what is comfortable for yourself.
-
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. When I'm premenstrual I will wear my bra to bed, because my breasts are super sensitive so I like to keep them strapped in. I try to wear a bra as much as possible since I have large breasts and keeping them up can help prevent sagging, not to mention that women with larger breasts are prone to rashes and things under the breasts (especially when they are allowed to hang free, the friction of skin-on-skin can cause yeast infections, heat rashes, and overall rawness).
-
I think it's kind of odd. I don't. On occasion I don't even wait until I get home. It comes off in the car on the drive home.
-
Right now I've just started sleeping in a sports bra to lessen the soreness I have in my breasts when I go to sleep. It's not weird, it's whatever makes you more comfortable. I never wore one to bed before, but now its ALOT more comfy.
-
I only think it's weird because that seems uncomfortable. I never wear a bra to sleep if i can avoid it.
-
I did when I was nursing, out of necessity, and it kind of became a habit. I don't do it all the time now, but sometimes it's actually *more* comfortable, especially if you're well endowed :-)
-
I don't know that it's weird but For me it is uncomfortable. I like to get mine off as soon as possible in the evening. As the day goes on it get tighter and tighter. So I would not want to wear one to bed. It would also be like laying on wrinkles. Just not for me.
-
i don't now about weird. but you need to let your skin breathe and rest!
-
It is kinda weird. I don't think I'd ever do it. Then again, I'm not big on bust, and I don't know how it would feel for some other people.
-
No I don't wear a bra to bed becuase it's underwired and I think bras should only be wore when you get dressed to go out somewhere. But I do wear knickers, don't want anything crawling up you know where.
-
I do not...I welcome the relief from wearing it all day.
-
I wear them to bed every night under 2 shirts.
-
I don't because I can't wait to get out of it but my daughter who is still developing finds it more comfortable to keep it on. To each her own I say!
-
No comment on what I personally do, but you know they sell bras MADE for sleeping, right? See http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=sleep+bra&btnG=Search+Froogle Also, nursing women, some large-bosomed women, some pre-menstrual women and women who have just had breast surgery often feel better with a bra on at night. As long as it's decorative, your eventual partner probably won't mind.
-
yeh i do-tell ur mum that if 1 out of 3 girls on answerbag.com sleep with their bras on then why not you??oh and i dont see ANYTHIN rong with sleepin with ur bra on-i mean like somebodys gonna sneak up your shirt and see if uve got a bra on or not?!
-
i never take off my bra and niether does my sister but my mom allways takes it off for bed, i think thats so wierd
-
I prefer to sleep nude. That would include removal of bra.
-
I always wear mine, even at home and when I sleep. I guess I'm so used to wearing it all day when I go out that it doesn't feel weird at all so when I'm NOT wearing it, I feel weird.
-
I think its weird and uncomfortable. The night time is the only time that I don't have my bra on, its very uncomfortable to wear one during the day time, I can't wait to get that sucker off when I get into bed. Its your choice whether you want to wear your bra or not when you sleep. To me its weird because I never wear my bra at night, and neither does my mom, to each his own, or in this case, to each her own.
-
Not at all. Whatever you're comfortable with is best, yeah?
-
It's not weird but everyone has their own tastes. I personally don't like wearing my bra to bed because it's more confortable.
-
No, it's definately not weird! I lived with my sister and her family then with a friend of mine and her family for a while and felt uncomfortable without one on. Now I can't sleep without one on. And it's actually extremely common to sleep with them on. All of my friends do also.
-
ive always wore on to sllep, i feel weird without one. plus think of it this way if theres and emergency, one less thing to do!
-
yeah i find i need support at night, i feel "safer" with a bra on
-
I do sleep with my bre, but my mom say that is bad. i don't how but that's what she tells me
-
I don't think that it is weird. If you are sleeping it doesn't matter. i sleep in my bra.
-
well, i used to untill my stepmom told me that the limited space inables them to grow lol ever since i don't wear bras to bed anymore, lol i also find it more comfortable
-
no, in my bed
-
Never! For one thing that is uncomfortable and another it is suposively unhealthy.
-
What about the men?
-
no because i curse the damn things enough already in the daytime.
-
What is up with all the "bra" questions?
-
No I do not, I am not a masochist.
-
No ,a Hammock
-
I sleep in a sports bra.
-
no i sleep in th nude in my bed
-
I've heard the other way too, where parents get all uptight about not wearing a bra to bed. But I usually do, because my bras are really constraining and I toss and turn in my sleep.
-
Depends only when ive had a shower before bed time i dont bother putting one on but other than that i dont feel comfortable with out it i hate being loose if you know what i mean
-
yes i do and its not weird. im glad you asked that bc i do and i didnt know if i was weird by doing it. i didnt know other people actually did that! i thought i was just strange or something, but now i know that im not. yay!
-
I don't think it's weird. My best friend use to do it thinking her boobs will shrink or something (shhh! don't tell!!). I hate doing it and usually when I do, it's by accident. I wake up in the middle of the night with very low circulation!! lol But when I first started seeing my boyfriend, out of shyness, I slept with one on for a few weeks until I felt comfortable without it. I don't think it's weird at all...but then again, I hardly think anything is weird!!
-
I do but that's usually because by the time I get to bed, I'm too tired to take it off!!
-
i think its terribly uncomfortable but i've known other people who do that too. i don't think its weird ... its just not for me.
-
I don't. My grandma always told me that at night was the time to let your breasts be free. I know it might sound silly, but it feels good not being restricted or having the bra dig into your skin
-
It's a bit weird. I like to have my breasts free to 'breathe' at night, and to feel unrestricted. There's nothing wrong with doing it, as long as you keep changing your bras and washing your breasts, and if it feels good then you can keep doing it. Also, if you watch any tv program, you'll notice women usually wear bras to bed - though it's to fit in with public decency and censor laws rather than because they like it.
-
my mom say's the same ting but i di'it woooooooow
-
It does feel strange when you don't wear one (for me that is) however I'm told that you shouldn't wear it to bed....? However I occasionally forget or can't be stuffed if I'm extremely tired. Lol.
-
my friend made fun of me coz i wore one to bed. then she goes "she sleeps with her bra on...!" to our friends. but hey, she sleeps with a soft toy. (no offense to u others out there who do) shes inlove with hers...lol
-
my sister does and when i asked her y she said because if there happens to be a fire in the middle of the night she doesn't want to have to fun out to firemen braless!!
-
I do usually, but I try not to wear an underwired one, I just wear like one with basically no support, like a training bra i guess lol, or a sports bra. It feels weird to me not too. But I do tennis and golf, so sometimes if my shoulders or back hurt, I won't wear it.
-
Wearing a comfortable SUPPORTIVE bra when sleeping, especially if you ARE rather top heavy, has been proven to help some bit with fighting off gravity signs. The support does just that...it supports...even in sleep. However, most women do not choose to wear a bra to bed, and as some shared, wear one as little as possible...I'm average, and so fall into that category of wearing mine as little as possible. Work of any type...yeah I'll wear one, but I've never like them. Thank God for the Sports bra...BEST invention ever! Personally...you aren't harming anyone, including "the twins!" If you are COMFORTABLE...then BE comfortable wearing your bra to bed! Now, Underwear...is a whole 'nother' matter. Health experts suggest that things NEED a good airing out down below for the night if not the day...so loose the 'drawers' if you are sleeping in them...that or consider going commando....at least part of the time. And remember if you are wearing NYLON underwear...that cotton insert is being negated by the NYLON that covers it on the outside...Save the foo foo undies for special occasions and BUY 100% COTTON for daily wear! And then let your "hoocie" breath at night!
-
I only wear a bra if I'm really tired when I go to bed and don't change out of my clothes.
-
I always take it off before bed, its supposed to be harmful to keep it on. But who knows.
-
It just depends for me. If I'm comfortable in it, I may sleep in it. If I'm not, I definitely won't!
-
not weird, i don't i find it uncomfortable at night, i wear wire bras.
-
I dont think its wierd, but I cant really stand not wearing one.. So whatever. Its not wierd. But different people have different oppinions, so you're probably not going to get a good answer from this question. :?. *shrugs shoulders*
-
i wear one all the time except for when i shower. my mom says its weird too. she only wears one when she goes out in public. i think thats weird. she wasn't a bra burner, though. i don't want floppy rabbit-ear titties when i get old, so i'll just keep it on.
-
I take it off now but i never used to
-
Yup, I think it's weird. Can't stand to keep the girls locked up. They need to roam free. They usually DO roam free. Free those puppies!
-
My bra is on but i just open the hooks at the back...started this practice in hostel when i just hooked it up as soon as i awoke, to avoid jiggling all the way to the bathroom - which was a long way off!
-
depends sometimes yes and sometimes no-
-
lol. I think its weird. But im weird! I have to take it off at night, and put one back on as soon as im washed. As a kid i was told if you wear a bra at night it stops your boobs from growing, and if you drink lots of milk your boobs get bigger. lol funny what you believe as a kid. I also have to put my bra on back to front. Do it up at the front and twist it round. Apparantly this is totally weird!
-
i guess it could depend on your size... but i sleep with a bra mostly, my mum says its bad, but mostly i just forget to take it off... i dont think it is weird, each to their own
-
if the bra has metal in it i don't think it's a good idea at all, but if its a sports type bra i don't see why not, although i am with the take the bra off its constricting!!! FYI: its a myth that it helps the natural course of things to wear'em at night...
-
I depends on how tied I am. If I want to get really confortable I'll take it off, but a lot of the time I don't care and leave it on.
-
I do too! (thought she was only one)
-
yeah its kind of wierd but if your comfortable its totaly ok but if u think it would do you any good ur wrong. ta-ta for now <3 moaah
-
I do that but my mom says it's bad for you if u have an underwire n stuff. idk tho, i looked it up and then it said it's not really bad for u so idk ure not the only one tho
-
I only wear a bra when I HAVE to, but if you sleep better with one on...then that's what you should do weird or not.
