Has anyone out there battled a sinus infection? If so, what over-the-counter medicine did you find most helpful?

Sinex and Sudafed are two in Britain I am not sure what is on the market in the States at the moment

I'm not a doctor but have had my share of them. You can try an over the counter nasal spray but should go see the doctor to get a script for Nasalcort and antibiotics.

I can't recommend anything over the counter I had to go to the doctor mine was so bad it was effecting my eye and upper jaw. I will never take chances again, if it is bad enough for medicine the docotr is giving it to me

My trick is staying healthy. I take Quercetin and mega Vit C. If you're dry, try saline nasal spray. If you're running, any OTC decongestant, but temporarily.

i had a facial massage done to relieve the pressure, and crying really helps release the pressure as well. I have use Zicam and it works really good, but I would talk to your doctor first before try any otc , you may be alleric or even a a stronger medince for the infection.
