I am trying to call to call a phone number that is in "sucre, Venezuela" from my cell, my phone do sent let me, does anyone know why? how do I mark the number, Plz help me im trying to talk to family

Your phone probably doesn't have international service on it's plan. If it does then you might not be dialing the correct codes to get out of your country and into Venezuela.

- yeah I wasn't Dialing the Right codes, I did not know you have to put 011 before the number...lol
