When they can fully answer my questions or send me directly to someone who can. When they are polite and seem like they love there job rather then talk to you as if you are their hourly check.

seeing the customer though the whole experience of there visit. Making sure there needs are filled so they will return. Customer service starts at the front door. and ends when the customer leaves.
