This is one of the most repeated questions on AB. Yes, since my hindsight is much better than my foresight, I definitely see areas that could have been done differently.

On the surface, a change may seem right, but there may be so many results that are worse than the real one, without interference.

I wouldn't change a single thing but if I could, I would choose to know certain things I know now, just to save all that time I spent wondering.

Well, if I have learned one thing from time travel is that you can't change the past, because it would destroy yourself in the future. But if that rule didn't exist, I would've spent more time in highschool playing sports competitively, and made different decisions regarding dating.

I'd hand a copy of the New York times covering the financial crisis to anyone who was going to vote for George Bush 8 years ago.

I'd keep myself from hitting that bar in Texas back in the 1970s and then I woudn't have to wake up in a nasty jail all beat up and my brand new Peterbilt hat gone.

Historically speaking - I would have found a way to stop Kennedy from being assinanted.

Nope. Too terrified of altering the future, thanks to too much tv, internet, reading, talking... Erm, basically too much existing in today's world.
