You're reading My Girlfriend lives in Austria and has T-Mobile, I need to know if there is any cost for her to receive an international call (Specifically from the US). I am unable to use translate.google.com to navigate their site. She claims there is.

Hey, are you absolutely sure? I e-mailed T-Mobile Austria and haven't gotten an answer back. My Girlfriend claims she checked her bill and that she's being charged extra for each call received from me. (This was found after I posted this) I've talked to multiple people now who agree with you and none who disagree except my Girlfriend. I am kind of concerned by this, I don't think she'd be lying to me but at this point it's important I know for sure.

I call my parents all the time and they are with T-Mobile (D1) in Germany. They definitely don't get charged a thing when I call them (the only reason WHY I CALL them from Australia). It would be too expensive from Germany to ring back here...
I am certain you don't get charged a thing - I looked through T-Mobile's Austrian site and couldn't find any evidence of such a charge. Plus, it should be advertised clearly without having to search for it. I compared pricing plans and couldn't find anything.

I appreciate you looking into it, I couldn't find any information on it either. I tried calling them myself but I am unsure of the correct dialing from the US. She'll just have to call them herself if she doesn't believe me.
She had been texting me a lot and I have a feeling that is what the extra charges were incurred from.

That could be the case. T-Mobile has these flat-rates, but most of them only apply T-Mobile to T-Mobile. So texting to friends would cost nothing if they are on the same provider, but international and inter-european texts would be expensive.
She probably thinks they are the same pricing, when in fact, those texts cost more.
Wouldn't suggest calling them, very expensive, long queues and the chances of someone speaking English are 50-50.
Maybe it's time for you to visit her ;)
You can go to a T-Shop together lol
