What year is it? Google it and check if their has been a law suit and if your still inside it...
Also, Many of those tv's had a problem that was a solder in the back.. Now im not sure what one but it is supposed to be an easy fix.. Look into it and see if you can do it... but don't void any warranties or chances of qualifing for anything by messing with it check google first.... One last thing many time when its been sitting in you house dust collects in it so pull it outside and use an air compressor to blow down the insides. This may or may not be the problem.
Look up Forums and discussions of the exact problems that come with the unit.

Yes I'm a pissed off rca buyer. I bought a digital converter box worth as much as the cardboard box it came in. If you have the reciept take it back.

sorry for your problem but i don't often see the words "rca" and "expensive" used together, most often rca and walmart are linked together - sadly it is not the company it was years ago
I have a RCA Model = F36683ET I push the power button and I here 2 to 4 clicks then nothing

I have a 36" rca tv model f36650 it has a high pitch whine as soon as plugged in, i have read that it may be flyback or the HOT, or horizontal transistor NTE2324, does anyone have schematics or know which one is that cause??? thanks for any help

RCA D56w20 And this morning while watching it turned off then turned back on only to go off again 15 seconds later. I unplugged and let sit for a few and tried again did same thing picture is clear when on but wont stay on

You're reading So my very expensive 52" in. rca tv took a crap. as i am researching i'm finding many people with the same tv have had the same problems. i am thinking class action law suit any suggestions? any other diappointed rca buyers with me?

I HAVE A 52 IN RCA MODEL HD52W68 AND I THOUGHT IT WAS THE CABLE THEY CAME ND TOLD ME IT WAS THE TV IT IS SHOWIN GREEN, AND DOUBLE FACE PEOPLE GREEN FRED LINES AND YELLOW WHAT CAN THIS BE HELP.....I CALLED REPAIR THEY TOLD ME IT COULD BE THE BULB , COLOR WHEEL,AND THE HARGE IS 120 FOR WHEEL AND 150.00 FOR BULB. TV IS ONLY 4YRS OLD.
