Help answer this question below.
You cannot spot-reduce, whether cardio or weights. The more lean muscle you have, the more fat it will burn. This is well-established. You cannot get rid of belly fat by working abs (tho it will make your belly stronger.) Creating lean body mass will burn fat, wherever it has collected. In order for your body to burn fat (even ab fat) creating your strong, hungry lean muscle mass (especially in large muscle areas such as thighs, lats, etc) will generate the fat-usage that it takes to take off that stubborn visceral fat around the middle. And don't neglect diet-used with exercise,it is the most effective fat-burning tool in the shed.
High intensity effort for short periods (6 seconds or less) followed by enough rest to breathe normally will use fat as the primary fuel. From that standpoint, it is an effective weight-loss tool. That said, it won't overcome poor diet, sleep, & other lifestyle choices that support belly fat.
It depends on the exercise. If you are carrying out a workout that takes alot of abdominal strength to do so, then yes you are losing belly fat but not the best technique. Best way to go about losing belly fat is to do alot of cardio; running, walking, jogging, boxing, swimming, rowing, steps, aerobics, skipping. As well as intaking the right solids and liquids.
Any form of exercise will help burn calories (kilojoules).
Lifting with hands doesnt completely tone that specific area of the body, but you will still burn stored fat if your are doing some type of activity.

Not especially. It will mainly build up your arm and upper body muscles. It obviously depends how you do it.
No - look at the strong men
no it doesn't burn the calories fast enough
do arobic excersizes like runnig
i don't think so..its kinda focusing on the muscle that you are using when lifting the weight..you should try to zero in on exercises for the abs..or stomach
If the diet is right and the caloric intake is right the weight lifting is a fabulous way to tone, firm and build musle and reduce fat by getting that metabolism revved.
Weight training builds muscle, muscle burns fat so yes I think it can be a method for losing belly fat. Look at bodybuilders they have high levels of muscle and no much fat.
You have to combine the weight lifting with cardio plus a good diet.
