The Board of Directors and the Management Company both say they they cannot reveal the names/addresses of homeowners that are delinquent in there payments. They say only the Board can see that. As a homeowner, do I not have the right to see it? State = CO

    I assume that you are talking about homeowners association dues. Until those dues are declared or submitted for lien action, which then would become public knowledge, according to your by-laws, the board may have the authority to withold that information from you at this stage of the collection process.
