Is it normal for my homeowners association to charge $65 for Owner Occupancy certification? Basically this is just info regarding owner vs rental occupancy ratios. Why wouldn't they have this information readily available to homeowners?

In The State of GA... What is needed to vote on and change HOA management companies. What types of notice is req. before the meeting, how many residents must be present, how many must approve/disprove to make any changes?

You're reading The Board of Directors and the Management Company both say they they cannot reveal the names/addresses of homeowners that are delinquent in there payments. They say only the Board can see that. As a homeowner, do I not have the right to see it? State = CO
