you need a special program and some PDFs are just imposible to convert back into Word. Funny you mention that, Because I am in the proccess of re-typing a 20 pg document at work. Arrggghh - this would have been so much easier.

I just go to edit, copy file to clipboard in the pdf, then paste to word.
