    The young are sometimes not very dedicated. I guess it depends if you want good and steady results or you would rather settle for less than that and cheaper insurance rates.

    Mellenials every time I know out of work at54 18 months with continuous effort and I might add overt age discrimination, like "we want someone young and energetic."

    The millennials....Companies are hiring younger people because they think they will use insurance less....it is sad.
