  • That's really dangerous.. Losing that much weight in such a short period of time could cause a lot of health issues.. If you want to lose weight, do it the safe way.
  • I don't know what your friend did, but that kind of weight loss is too much too fast. It's not healthy. Losting 40 lbs in a "month or two" is not healthy. Healthy weight loss should be slow and steady, 1-2 lbs per week. If you try pills, fad diets, liquid diets, etc., you may lose weight fast, but won't keep it off. And, you may also have bad side effects. The best way to lose weight it to control portion sizes, cut down fat, get some exercise. I lost weight by joining Weight Watchers. It's not so much a "diet" as a healthy eating plan. Talk to your doctor. I'm sure he will concur with that. My doctor, and many others have. I've lost 82 lbs and lowered my bp and cholesterol, but did it slowly over the course of less than 3 years.
  • ok thanks guys
  • Has he got all his limbs? He's probably lying or mistaken, or starved himself to the point where his body is replacing muscle with fat. The body loses muscle when you starve yourself, and it stores emergency fat. So you lose a hell of a lot of weight, but you get flabby still, and you also lose your number one fat burner (muscle). I prefer shredding fat by gaining lean muscle. I do this by exercise, and a good diet.
  • 30 lbs in one month? METH!It's not the healthiest,or legal. All your teeth will rot out, you'll become paranoid..but you will lose 30 lbs.
  • First; Drink EIGHT 160z glasses of water per day ... You have one glass about 30 minutes before each meal and one glass with each meal ... that leaves you two for use at your discreation .... Then; Begin WALKING at a sorta fast pace ... about 1/2 a mile from your home and back .... IF you can go further like a mile out annd then back, the better ... Also; Cut out what you can of white flour items .. such as white bread , do nuts etc ... You will begin seeing results in about a week ....
