I found a pill on one side it has a 20 and on the other side it has abg can you help me with this concern father

    You've already gotten a specific answer.

    In the future, you can go to the reference desk of your library and ask to see "The Physician's Desk Reference." The PDR is an enormous book regarding prescription drugs and has a section meant to help people figure out what drug they have by looking at photos of the pills or capsules. They also have a section that lists drugs by numbers and marks.

    You could go to a pharmacist and ask (try late at night, when they aren't too busy). You can also use the Pill Identification Wizard in the middle of the page here:
