once you say NO or get off..it then becomes rape. I didn't fight my rapist because I knew he could kill me or hurt me a LOT worse. You said no..it is rape
call the cops
It is definately rape. No means no, even if you were scared to fight back. It does not matter if you fought him or not.
Seek help from a rape crisis center and file a restraining order against him.
It is absolutely considered rape. No means no. I am very sorry this happened to you.
As soon as you told him to stop and he didn't, it is considered rape. Even if you wanted to at first, if you let him know that you weren't comfortable and you didn't want to but he just continued, it is rape.
That is definitely rape.
Yes, this is rape. He can be charged with a crime if you can prove it.
It IS. Once you say no it should stop.
That's rape.
You said no and you fought as much as you dared and thought was safe.
You submitted in the end for your own life, but you submitted to rape.
Call the police.
That's called rape in my book.
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES.
Please, go to a doctor and get a rape kit done right away!
If you said "no" and he kept going, it is rape.
If you call the cops, be prepared to be humiliated and made out to look like you asked for it. They will go over every detail of that night.
If this really happened to you, I am sorry that it did. If this isn't exactly what happened, it's a serious accusation.
It's not only considered rape, it IS rape. Go to the police and keep away from him.
The second you said no, he should have stopped. You need to go to the police. Do not be scared to stand up for yourself. Good luck to you!
If you said NO in any way, shape, or form, then it's rape.
End of story.
'nuff said.
It's a sexual assault, but possibly not technically a rape. Quite likely impossible to prove, so going to the cops might be useless. Break up with him if you haven't already, get a restraining order if necessary, and talk to a counselor.
That is absolutely rape. Please report it. There may not be any trace evidence left, but at least the police and prosecutors can try to build a case to get this guy put away where he should be. There should also be a rape crisis center in the nearest decent sized city. I would recommend calling them, they can help you with anything you need in regards to this.
wow so you went that far and let him put himself inside you then you decide that you don't want to. you went way to far. he should have, but you want way to far. that is why some people say she was asking for rape.
Yes it is.
Though he was a coward for not respecting your wishes, I must ask you: were you already naked when he was on top of you? Did you take off your own clothes? If yes, though he shouldn't have, I'd say that you put yourself in that situation.
Yes.This is rape. +5
Yes. If you say no or stop and he does not then yes it is rape.
