I can't believe some people change there underwear more than once a day. And don't say the second time is for bed cause really that stuff needs to breath at night. You do better with a little fresh air and so will your privates.

For myself, one shower a day (unless I've gone swimming, biking, running...) is plenty as my skin can get dry.
