  • I breastfed my daughter for about two years so yes she had teeth!! She was very good and never bit. I don't know of anyone whose child has bitten a lot during feeding, but it must happen to some people. I was told that the world health organisation recommends continuing breastfeeding for at least two years, but I would advise you to continue for as long as you can. After a year it was not as much and it gradually tailed off so I had no troubled nights with weaning and having a clingy child. Good luck!
  • 3 months....when I quit to go back to school...my son was always sick....pumping is a pain but I wish I pumped so he didn't get so sick....no he had no teeth.
  • My first child only around eight weeks. I was really determined to do better with the second child, I fed him until he was almost a year. However, this was only one feed at night not constant feeding that I have seen some breastfeeding mothers do. He had got some teeth but I cannot remember how many.
  • 2+ years with my first and I'm nursing a 10 month old now and plan to continue as long as we are both able, not to pass 3 years. Both mine had theeth and it was never a problem.
  • I breastfed until they got their first tooth, then I was DONE!! 3 children and three different ages 9 months 5 months and 7 months
