Dramatic affect. Otherwise you would never know if we were just asking a question or really really really asking a quesiton. Now that is how you answer a F*@#ing quesion on this motherf*#@er!!! :)

It's unfortunately used more than it should be, and even more unfortunately, it's because the youth of America have not been educated in acceptable behavior (in general). Yes, some people have, but in general, they just assume it's ok to speak like that all the time, all the while unknowing that it simply grades them as a person that most people don't really want to involve with. It's really kind of sad that we have deteriorated that much. :(
