Do you think if Ronald Reagan hadn't had the Iran Contra scandal and his "Star Wars" plan, he would have gone down in history as one of the greatest U.S. Presidents?

    Personally, I don't think he was one of the "greatest Presidents". I think it will take longer for history to really see and rate him with no bias. He was an actor, but Clinton was a hell of a lot more entertaining...lol

    i think people do think of him as one of the greats. how many times did they talk about him in ALL the debates a year ago? "who is the most like Reagan?"

    His deal with Iran to keep holding US citizens hostage until after the election pretty much ruined any chance of that happenning.
