Mine too, it is supposed to shake the head.

Probably because AB had to resize it to fit. AB avatars have to be 64x64, and if it resizes it tends to lose the animation. Go to http://www.gifworks.com and resize it to 64x64 there, which will keep the animation, then load it up to AB.
