Also; Diabetes will take your eyes , as well ..not to mention how many Diabetic lose their limbs to this dreadful disease .... I was up to 350 pounds and even though I got myself back to 190 .... it was too late . I have Diabetes, and I've had two heart attacks ... Also; as a result of the diabetes, I have problems with my eyes and my limbs ...... RE-THINK your love with ... FOOD, s you CAN get rid of MORE than just a FEW pounds ; BUT it takes W O R K ...

Portion control will help,or eating healthy all week and having something you really like once a week.Or exercising to counter the calories taken in.

Skinny people eat too. And losing fat isn't enough motivation for most people. Just keep in mind that the fat isn't your enemy, the diseases that come later in life because of it are your enemy. And if you have kids, you're teaching them to eat the same way. If you go through the trouble of changing your diet then your children will most likely never have to deal with this issue.

i had that problem too, just exercise loads. I eat loads but then burn it all off. Thats why they say breakfast is important because you burn that off straight away during the day, if you dont eat breakfast you have nothing to burn off.

I love food too, but never have been overweight. Why? I can eat one brownie, I don't have to eat the whole pan. I eat real butter, it has more flavor than margarine so I use less. I never eat processed foods (they really don't taste good to me nor does a box cake mix-I can taste chemical fake flavors). Comfort foods, fine! Just not 5x week. Be truthful with yourself about what you eat. You can teach your tastebuds to be more discriminating for the better. Skip whole milk, go to 1%, but a little real cream in your coffee is fine. Smart choices, not lazy choices. Also, how much of your emotion is wrapped up in what you eat? That's a clue too.
