If you've reduced fat elsewhere, and hit a tough spot, you should consider adapting your diet. That doesn't mean your diet has failed, but it's come to a new obstacle that needs to be addressed.

Also, double check your diet. Make sure you're eating clean. No sugar etc.

I've personally found that when training people, the best way to address tough fat spots, is to cut out carbohydrates, and try more intense training. Your body will switch totally to using fat for energy instead of carbs, and the intense exercise will pump up your energy requirement (fat to burn).

I should tell you, you can't target specific spots of fat. So when you cut out carbs, fat will still be removed from other body parts too. Which is good, if you're looking to be lean.

    Good luck.
