Probably. A lot of the things people blamed on Bush were not his fault. I think he did well not to complain and try to lay blame on others.
Typical conservative BS. Lie until no one cares anymore, then claim victory.
The fault lies with many. Most of those at fault adore George Soros, but it's certainly not solely on him.

I thoroughly agree. I can even find some guilt in there for Soros. But labeling him as the sole culprit is beyond absurd.
