Help answer this question below.

I need a felony conviction either, overturned, reopened. During a bench trial, the judge goes nuts and the accuseder lied and I ended up a felon who had 4 1/2 years wrongfully taken from me. The legal system is a joke here in Detroit and I have proof.

    There has to be sufficient evidence for another trial. you will have to prove an error on part of the court or other evidence presented.

    You will also need an attorney, if you do not have one.

    i was convicted for a 3 yr sentence felony perscription fraud ,a cvs tech wrote on my perscription i was gonna get it filled there and didnt have enough money to get it there i got the script back took it to walgreens the next day to get it filled dropped it off went back to pick it up and was arressted it was later on after i was already in jail i figured it all out,see the cvs tech was the only other person who touched my perscription she thought she was filling it and wrote on it ,but i didnt get it filled there long story short the cvs tech wouldnt admit to it and no one believed me and i had a public deffender too. anyway i need help it happened in tn and it has ruined my life do you know where i can get free help
