Question

Help answer this question below.

Can wall paint ever look like primer? I think the signs of primer are a matte finish, a greyish-white colour, and an easy-marking surface. I'm just curious if my landlord actually painted my apartment before I moved in or just primed it.

It could be just primer or he could have just used really cheap paint. It can be hard to tell the difference between the two sometimes. Landlords (most of them anyway) don't like to spend a lot of money on things like that and will do as little as they have to to get the job done for less money out of their pocket.
