The posters above who point out that there is no normal are right.
Have a look at a sampling of women on a site with real women, say an amateur nudes site, you will see that women's bits do not all look alike.

i have the same problem and i just noticed it and ive been looking around the net for answers and it seems like a lot of people have the same problem. dont worry about it. but if it really bothers you then consider surgery.
If you rub your clitoris every night, will that make your vagina loose?

You're fine! I'm no doctor, but I do watch a lot of porn & have seen many labias of all shapes, sizes & lengths.
as the previous person mentioned there is no norm for a labia- they're like snow flakes, each one is a little different.-
