If McDonald's has a commercial that shows a guy getting a chicken sandwich for $1.00, isn't that misleading people because there is SALES TAX?

    There's fine print. They can't show the tax in the commercial because sales tax is different in every state.

    There is probably teensy weensy print that says + applicable taxes.
