    This medication is a solution given by vein (through an IV). It is used to supply water and calories to the body. It is also used as a mixing solution (diluent) for other IV medications. Dextrose is a natural sugar found in the body and serves as a major energy source.
    Indications of use are generally hyperness,busrts of energy followed by a quick drain. Blood test are the best way to determine if an athelete is cheating.
