Not at all,I have lived in both systems capitalism and socialism and chose to live with socialism for it has much more to offer the citizens.Everyone gets full medical care without having to pay high insurance fees,as well as social care.Anyway what I have found through years of living in both systems is that they are VERY close in every way except you pay about 10-15% more in taxes in a socialist system. In other words many have no idea at all what socialsm really is

Eight years of George W. Bush has nearly crashed the U.S. economy. George was unable to make capitalism (or anything else) work. It's no surprise; he also failed at every business venture he tried before entering the White House. Right-wing Republican-style capitalism has bankrupted our nation. Our economy is hovering over the abyss, about to collapse. Just about anything is better than more Republican economic "strategies."

Somewhat. Because I can just imagine a Bunch of power grubbing fanatics like the Republicans using Socialism to line their own pockets with. Just like what happened in Russia.
