"Know" is not the word but I speak a smattering of Rromanes ("Gypsy"). I spoke it fluently as a youth but a few head traumas and decades of misuse took it from me unless I am asleep. I speak it fluently when I am asleep, I am told. I natter on in it regularly and it is good when I sleep answer the phone in it because the person on the other end knows that, indeed, I am asleep where when I sleep answer the phone in English they might be fooled. I think that is "rare."

I know one. Sanskrit. An ancient language. It has a wealth of literature. Very few people speak it as their native language now. People like me who have learnt it just manage to speak it while we are good at reading, writing and understanding it.
