I have a debit card that is tied to my bank account - I thought that was waht a debit card was!!!
I have a pre-paid MasterCard, if that counts.
Just a long distance pre-paid phone card.I save a lot of $$$$$$

Has your bank reconsidered charging for debit card usage? Mine has. I guess the mean email I sent helped. (Me and thousands of others)

your pre-paid MasterCard would be considered as so. Sort of like those card H&R Block use to put refunds on now. Problem with them they charge you a dollar every time you use it and 2 if you stop at the ATM
