Unfortunately, it doesn't matter who calls you, when you answer the phone while you are out of the country (roaming), you are charged roaming charges. These charges are the same whether make calls or receive calls and if you don't want to be charged for roaming, unfortunately, the only way is to not answer your phone or to have roaming disabled. It's very unlikely you will be able to dispute these charges since you did actually answer the phone. If you hadn't, and your voice mail had answered, you would not have been charged. However, if you called your voice mail, you would have been charged because as I mentioned, all calls whether made are received are charged at the same roaming rate (typically in Argentina about $2.00 a minute). I wish that there was something you could do to dispute these charges, but it is very unlikely. You should certainly try by saying that you did not request international roaming, but if you did, then they can tell that in their system. Good luck with this! DebiN
