i left my husband but left the ph on in my name, being a good trusting person, he ran it up and then had it disconnected. when i tried to re-establish the ph service i was floored, the wanted me to pay that and then pay a deposit for service, the poor woman who answered the ph listened to my tyraid. since i had proof that i moved out, proof my name was taken off lease, the ph company, then made my ex responsible for the charges, my point is, if your not there then there should be no utilities there in your name, good luck
