Help answer this question below.

When one person calls another of the same race brother or sister but does not direct the same expression to another race in the same way ..is this color/race segregation and does this constitute a racist remark? ..(I am not a racist & no offense intended)

    I don't think it's "racist", that's too strong.

    There is a kind of solidarity expressed in that sort of thing, and as "group membership" indicators these are fairly benign. But I do think it represents a weakly developed sense of global identity: if someone sees themselves as primarily belonging to the human race first, and their own ethnicity second, would they talk this way? Probably not very often.

    But it's a matter of spiritual development, not racism. At the "high end" of the spiritual development pyramid, people tend to identify with humanity as a whole, not with individual races, nations, or ethnicities.

    I don't think its racist it just natrual things that are within each cultral and since for the most part cultural. If you pay attention each race or people from other country have something that makes them closer to one another rather speaking the native tongue, talking about native things, or if they are from america addressing each other in a certain manner specific to where they come from and so and so on.
