The entire 14th chapter, especially the verse, "In my father's house are many mansions."

    John 3:16

For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.

"I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world." John 6:51

"If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever--the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept Him because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know Him, for He lives with you and will be in you." John 14:15-17

There are many more, I've got a lot of markings in John, actually there are a lot of markings throughout my Bible. I also love the other answers given.

    Great question. God Bless, <:))))<><

John 11 the death and resurrection of Lazarus. The drama, the sorrow (even Jesus cries for his friend, knowing that he can and will raise him- that is how much death affects him) and the faith of Martha when she says "Yes Lord, I believe you are the Christ". She trusts Jesus implicitly. She understands the words of Job in the old Testament "even though he slay me, yet will I trust in him".

John 3:17 -For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 14:3 - And if I go and prepare a place for you, I WILL come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, you may be also.

John1. I love john's testimony on who God is and what He has done. Puts into perspective who we worship and why.

John 1:2-4 The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

    It gets better from there!
