If you believe drug use should be legal even though it's not. A co-worker who engages in sexual harassment, but no real evidence, uses drugs, and you have evidence. Would it be wrong to turn in the evidence of drug use to stop sexual harassment?

Seems like you are trying to justify one thing to solve another and really hate the person and am going to get them fired. Lets get real, if you tell the boss the person is doing drugs that person will be fired on the spot. Turn in the sexual harassment, but keep it shut about the drugs because that is not the purpose of the harassment. You are attractive to the person is the cause of it. The drug use may be personal and legal through doctor and why would you want to destroy another person's life not really knowing why they are drugged up at work. The boss may already know something that you do not about the person. If you can see the drug use so can the boss.

some times you can open a can of worms too. Be careful because the drug charge may be a slap on the hand and a fine and this person could be back to work in a day or two and if they suspect you turned them in, your life could be made miserable at work and even outside of work and extend to you home life. Think about it carefully.

Whilst it is very tempting to do so I would have to say: it is wrong. Don't get me wrong, I would desire the person got the comeuppance as much as the next man (or woman). I may even do so if confronted with the situation. But it would not be right.

Do the ends justify the means? I am always very nervous of allowing this to be the case because once that step is taken where do you draw the line? Suppose a similar situation appears but you don't have evidence of drug use however you can easily plant it with no risk to yourself. Would the ends justify the means then?

Tricky one but I would be nervous of going down that path.
