Pump and freeze, pump and freeze, pump and freeze!!!!
get a breast pump and use to keep your milk flowing more priodocly.
How do you know it's only 2 oz per feeding ?
If you are getting that much when you pump, then be aware that your baby is much more efficent than a pump.
I was a horrible pumper, but my lactation consultant said that some women are and it doesn't mean your baby isn't getting enough when they nurse.
A 4 mo old nursing every 3 hours sounds normal. Is she having enough wet and dry diapers ? Gaining weight ? Reaching milestones ?
If so, don't worry.
