30 GB Ipod-My son ejected/unplugged it while updating the firmware, now it appears to be permanently turned off. The unit was fully chrgd & working prior to the event. The all of the Select/Menu “Reset” operations have been unsuccessful. - Help!

    Eek! Wait a few hours. Reset reset reset. If still not, Google for solutions (VERY helpful) or spend a bit on repairs.

    This has happened to my uncle's phone...there is nothing you can do about it except spend on it for repairs...
