You've got more than one problem and we'd need more info to have any idea what's going on. Most likely you need brake pads and shoes and that's the squeal.
What is the other noise like? Is it constant, or just when you are moving? Is it on the right side or left side? Anything you could add would help.

Is this coming from Engine ? I showed 3 to 4 local mechanics no one find the exact problem.
some one is saying that Catalytic Converter is making noise and need to replace it.
I was worried about this can any one help me out what is the exact problem and what to replace.
please let me know the what can cause this problem?

my '94 nissan altima is fairly hard to start , yet idles o.k. but when i accelerate it wants to stall or stumble

You're reading I got Nissan Altima 2000 GXE Model with me..Its making noise from the hood. when i put my car in drive mode & Applies the break it makes some again squealing sound and when i turn the car to neutral or Parking its fine.. when i drive its fine.
