In my opinion, roast beef goes best with peas, gravy, and roasted potato. However, a roasted pork loin served with pan gravy and roasted potato, carrot, fennel bulb, onion and parsnip is a hard combination to beat.

All go well. I would choose chicken for myself.

Never had duck and I really want to try it so Ill go with duck.
