  • Double-clicking on that icon CAN be tricky...
  • I just open it and it works. However, if you have downloaded it you have downloaded an installation file, not the program itself, so you need to run the installation file, which will put an icon on your desktop.

  • Here is how I got my copy of Firefox to work. 1) Go to the official FF download page 2) Click on the BBIIGG button that says "Free Download" 3) Open the installer that you just downloaded (double-click or ENTER key, your choice 4) Follow the prompts on the screen 5) Firefox!!!
