Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a Report which itself has 3 different Query sub-reports inserted. In each of the sub-reports has input Query field 'Shipment'. Can I link the field in 3 Queries within the main report since so that i need not enter 3 times the same input?

I probably shouldn't answer I am not familiar with Access. But, if you were using a bigger database you would create a temp table. The subsequent fields in your form would just be re-displaying the data you already entered. When you click submit it would validate the data and either prompt the user where it finds mistakes or insert the data into the main table.

You should NEVER have to enter the same data more than once. Are you sure you're talking about a report and not a form. If it's a form, hide the two that you don't need to see.
