  • No, not at all, and I despise those who think it does.
  • I don't think it does right now, it's too anti-intellectual at the moment, but I think it has the potential to fill in the blanks that humans need to fulfill those goals at any rate.
  • No, I think organized religion teaches people how to be slaves to dogma.
  • No i think "organized religion" does not teack u everything i think it currupts u to be agaiist people of different religions.. But i belive the teachings of religion to be a good guide!
  • In life you are meant to find your place and your path to your place. :) But if you begin life in the wrong place you can't expect to find who you are or who you are meant to be going in a straight line, I don't think. For some people they must go in all directions to find where they need to be. Organized religion should fit to your beliefs and needs. You should not have to fit to it. On another note, personally, I wonder how a religion that was developed a very long time ago can address or teach people about all the problems of the modern world anyway. Look inside yourself for instruction and who you are. Each core knows right and wrong. I think!
  • No, and even though I don't affiliate myself with any religion, I do believe religion can be an important and helpful thing to many. I think at the very least it can cause a sense of unity or comfort in being part of something, which is always a positive feeling. For many it can also give them guidance and direction which is essential in anyone's life, but I do think just living life will teach you most of what you need. Religion is just a very helpful tool that works for some and not for others.
  • Everything? Not near. But does it give a foundation and base to make a good person? Definitely.
  • I think it is ridiculous to think that one thing can teach you all you need to know, i beleive life is about learning and forming your own opinions based on what you know.
  • it serves as structure to those who feel the need to believe in or be a part of something.i however think it's bs.
  • NO , not necessarily ... Organized religion "Might" be a basis to build your life on .... BUT; some of the bigitory, hatered, and lack of understanding 'n compassion that I have ever see comes from "Some" of that very same Organized religion ... and i want NO part of it .
