It only depends. When ninjas do sent attacks they have ranks to who do what on mission assighments. Mostly they will sent Genin (Low Ninjas:下忍) who do the dirty work. So if you know martial arts very well, then you be fine just prepared for any surprised. If the enemy know you are a fighter then they will sent Chunin (Middle Ninjas:中忍) which are more better fighters. They know how to fight with martial arts, weapons, poison, and God knows what eles they do. But the most dangerous one which the odds are to facing one are 1 in 100,000, they will sent the Jounin (上忍:High Ninjas). They are shown as leaders in each ninja clan or/tribe. In each group there suppose or use to be only one Jounin in each group. But if i think right when more wars and battles came, tribes and clans decide to allowed more Jounin ranks to come upon. They are sent when DANGEROUS mission are need. If your facing a Jounin then yes my freind be VERY worry! All i can say is this, either fight like True Martial artist or Warrior or Fighter. Either that or use a Sub-Machine Gun cause he going be quick enough to take you down without you notching it. That my advice about it.
