    Seems to have been, since we haven't had to subtract or add days to the calendar since.

    In the beginng alot of people lost a birthday those that were born in the Julian calender, but when time marched on those people died out, but moving to the Gregorian calender we have got on track a bit, meaning that we are able to make up for the lost time Via, the Leap year.
